The Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our Salisbury team as a Trainee Bagging Plant Operator / Yardsman. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable, hands-on role with full training provided and genuine opportunities to build a long-term career in manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities
Assist with manual bagging of sand and gravel products.
Maintain a clean, secure and organised work environment.
Support bagging plant operations and monitor production processes.
Undertake general yard duties and housekeeping activities.
Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements.
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing workplace.




Robust work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to undertake manual and physical work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Current driver's licence.
Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance to comply with respiratory PPE and site HSE requirements.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
