Warehouse Supervisor – Korean Speaking

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our 3PL warehouse team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations and supporting our Korean-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily picking, packing, labelling and order preparation
Receive, check and put away inbound stock
Prepare and coordinate outbound orders and dispatch
Supervise and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff
Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate inventory and investigate stock discrepancies
Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes when required
Operate and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Communicate with Korean-speaking customers regarding orders, inventory and daily operational matters
Monitor inbound, outbound and inventory KPIs
Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams
Maintain a clean, organised and secure warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties as required





Requirements:
Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Good understanding of 3PL, inventory and order fulfilment operations
Korean language proficiency is required, as the role involves regular communication with Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders
Normal English communication skills
Good computer skills and experience using WMS or similar warehouse systems
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Forklift licence is an advantage
