Express Employment Professionals Canberra is seeking experienced and reliable General Labourers for a range of short and long-term assignments across Canberra and the surrounding region.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, follow safety procedures and can contribute positively to a team.

Duties May Include n

General construction and site labouring
n
Site preparation and clean-up
n
Moving materials and equipment
n
Assisting tradespeople
n
Using basic hand and power tools
n
Loading and unloading deliveries
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
Completing other general labouring duties as required
n

To Be Considered, You Must Have nn
Previous general labouring or construction experience
n
Current General Construction Induction Card
n
Current Silica Awareness Certificate
n
Current Asbestos Awareness Certificate
n




Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual tasks
n
A robust commitment to workplace safety
n
Reliable transport and the ability to arrive on time
n
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
n
Valuable communication skills
n
Availability for short-term, long-term and ongoing assignments
n
Police Check and/or Working with Vulnerable People (or be prepared to obtain if necessary)
n
You must also have full working rights in Australia.
n

Additional licenses and machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
