We are a fast-paced, high-volume digital print and bindery business based in Melbourne's south-east, conveniently located near public transport and major freeways. Our team is passionate about quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our production department in a full-time role (Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities
n
n
Operate and maintain a high-speed thermal laminator
n
Use a range of finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, and binders
n
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
n
Monitor quality and ensure finished products meet specifications
n
Coordinate with prepress and digital print teams to manage workflow
n
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and resolve issues
n
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work environment
n

About you

Experience with high-speed thermal laminators (preferred)




n
Strong mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to follow job instructions and specifications accurately
n
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
n
Willingness to learn and grow within the print industry
n
Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
n
Basic computer skills (training provided)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
