You will work closely with Principals, Senior Associates, Accredited Specialists and colleagues across the region while managing your own files and delivering high quality client service.

Manage your own matters with access to guidance when needed
Work closely with senior practitioners on a range of legal tasks
Build strong relationships with clients across the Far North Coast
Exposure to varied and meaningful work in general practice or family law

About You




Admitted as a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PAE
Comfortable running files independently and exercising good judgment
LEAP experience preferred
Positive, solutions focused mindset and commitment to learning
Empathetic and confident in client communication
Reliable, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities
Team minded and able to contribute to a supportive culture
Capable of handling complex tasks with autonomy
