The Sydney Hospital/Sydney Eye Hospital Transition to Professional Practice Program for Enrolled Nurses is designed to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of first-year Enrolled Nurses, enabling them to provide protected, high-quality patient care within a supported clinical learning environment.

Commencing in February ****, the 12-month program offers two streams: General Stream and Perioperative Stream, with applicants able to indicate their preferred stream during the application process.
