Overview

Airswift is currently recruiting 2x Boilermakers for a leading OEM that provides services to the rail, mining and heavy industrial sectors.
n
Location – Brisbane Western Suburbs
n
Duration – Casual, up to 3-month contract
n
Hours - 6am – 3pm Monday to Friday
n
Rate- $55hr casual
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Fabrication, welding and structural repairs on heavy equipment and components
n
Repair, modify and replace worn or damaged steelwork
n
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
n
n
Required Experience
n
n
Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade
(Boilermaking/Welding)
n
Experience in heavy fabrication, maintenance or industrial environments
n
Strong welding and fabrication skills
n
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
n
Other Requirements

Driver's Licence
n
Full Australian working rights – Citizen, Permanent Resident
