The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is actively recruiting a range of paid supervisor-level election roles across the Mornington region.

These roles are critical to the successful delivery of the **** Victorian State Election and offer the opportunity to lead teams, coordinate election activities, and contribute to an important democratic event.

About the roles

We are currently recruiting for a range of essential supervisor-level election positions across the region.

Depending on the role that best matches your skills, experience and availability, you may be:

leading and supporting election staff
n
coordinating election activities and projects
n
monitoring work and maintaining quality standards
n
resolving issues and responding to operational challenges
n

Some roles involve several weeks of work before or after election day, while others focus on key election delivery periods.

About you
n
You do not need previous election experience. We will train you in election processes and systems.

Depending on the role, you may; supervise staff, coordinate activities across multiple locations, use specialist election systems, travel between work sites or undertake work requiring sustained concentration and attention to detail.
