About the role

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and can move between creative tasks, admin, content and venue support. You'll be the person on the ground helping bring marketing activity to life day-to-day — capturing content, creating simple design assets, updating venue materials, supporting promotions and helping keep the brands looking sharp across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities
Capturing photo and video content around the venues, including food, drinks, events, staff, atmosphere and promotions
Creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Assisting with graphic design requirements such as posters, menus, flyers, digital screens, venue signage and promotional assets
Supporting updates across internal venue platforms, including booking systems, digital TVs and LED screen content
Helping coordinate marketing activity for events, specials, functions and seasonal promotions
Liaising with venue managers to understand upcoming priorities and content needs
Working with agency partners to help deliver larger campaigns,

Keeping marketing assets organised and ensuring venue materials are accurate and up to date

About you
Have experience in social media, content creation, design or hospitality marketing
Are confident creating straightforward, clean design assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Can capture valuable-quality photo and video content on a phone or camera
Understand what makes hospitality content engaging
Are organised, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced venue environment
Have a good eye for detail and brand presentation
Can manage multiple small tasks and deadlines at once
Are happy to take direction, but also confident suggesting ideas
Enjoy working with venue teams, suppliers and external creative partners
