Seahaus Kalbarri is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our growing team. We're searching for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys leading people, and thrives in a quick-paced coastal venue.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside our Venue Manager to help oversee daily operations across our bar and restaurant while ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

You are
Previous experience in a similar venue management or supervisory hospitality role
A warm, outgoing personality with genuine hospitality instincts
Confident leading by example and motivating a team
Organised, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure
Solid leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team
High energy and a positive, can-do attitude

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the venue
Leading and supporting our front of house team
Delivering outstanding customer service
Training, mentoring and motivating staff
Managing shifts and ensuring smooth service
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
Helping drive a positive workplace culture
Working closely with the Venue Manager to continually improve operations
Helping organise and run exciting events,



live entertainment and community activities
Creating fresh ideas to keep our venue vibrant and engaging
Get creative with our social media and help showcase the venue

Essential Requirements
Full working rights in Australia
Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
Current WA Approved Manager Card (or ability to obtain one)
Current RSA certificate
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
