Join a leading provider of transport maintenance services as they embark on a major fleet upgrade contract. We are seeking multiple Vehicle Builders & Mechanical Fitters to deliver contemporary maintenance upgrades to passenger trains over a two-year project based in Cardiff.

What's Involved?
Accessibility and Safety upgrades
Internal cladding and seating upgrades
Emergency help point installations
Emergency door installations
Visual display and security upgrades
Working as part of a team

What We're Looking For:
Trade Qualified Vehicle Builder / Mechanical Fitter / Shipwright
Passenger train experience highly regarded but not essential
Willing and able to commit to a 2 year project
Must be able to pass a Rail Category Medical




Solid teamwork and communication skills
Excellent reference to support your application

What We Offer You:
$64 - $69 / hour casual rates
Monday - Friday + overtime when required
Day and Afternoon shift available
Longevity of work - 2 year expected project duration
Cardiff based workshop location
Project starting from October with potential to onboard earlier
