About the Role: n
We're on the lookout for a hands‐on Yard Hand (Operations Technician) to join our Karratha branch.
n
If you enjoy practical work, fixing things, and a variety of day‐to‐day tasks, this role is for you.
n
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll be hands‐on in keeping our fleet of modular buildings well‐maintained, hire‐ready, and returned in top condition.
What You'll Be Doing: n
n
Operating forklifts to move and position buildings and materials
n
Getting hire units ready – cleaning, prepping, and packing for transport
n
Carrying out basic repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep
n
Inspecting returned equipment and identifying any issues
n
Using hand and power tools for day‐to‐day maintenance tasks
n
Assisting with stocktakes and keeping the yard organised
n
Completing simple paperwork and recording asset movements
n
About You: n
n
A current Forklift Licence (High Risks)



or willing to obtain
n
A current Driver's Licence
n
Experience using tools and carrying out general maintenance or repairs
n
A practical, problem‐solving mindset
n
Good attention to detail and work ethic
n
Basic computer skills for simple reporting
n
Highly Regarded but not essential: n
n
Trade Qualified - Carpentry, Cabinet Making, Joinery
n
Experience in construction, building, trades, or modular environments
n
