Key Responsibilities




Lead and coordinate a team of Safety & Risk professionals
Promote the service model of Educate, Support, Review and Coach
Partner with leaders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement
Monitor and strengthen organisational WHS risk management practices
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience/Criteria
Demonstrated experience leading safety, risk and/or compliance functions within a complex organisation.
Significant experience in providing strategic and tactical advice to senior leaders in an organisation and implementing WHS initiatives and programs.
Advanced knowledge of contemporary safety, risk management, and incident management practices, including a strong understanding of psychosocial hazard management requirements under contemporary WHS legislation.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Risk Management, Occupational Health, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience in safety functions.
Current Class C Driver's Licence · Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
ICAM Lead investigator or similar incident investigation qualification (Desirable)
