Alto Blacktown is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our successful multi-franchise dealership and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving finance, insurance and aftermarket performance.
Working with a range of leading automotive brands, you will be responsible for presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions, managing lender relationships, ensuring compliance standards are met, and maximising profitability through a customer-first approach. You will work closely with our sales teams to support vehicle deliveries and help customers find the best ownership solutions for their needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Presenting finance, insurance and aftermarket products to customers
Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and suppliers
Managing the end-to-end finance process from application to settlement
Achieving and exceeding F&I; performance targets
Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements
Supporting the sales team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes




Providing accurate reporting and maintaining high levels of professionalism
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager or F&I; Manager
Strong track record of achieving finance and insurance targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of automotive finance products and lending processes
Solid attention to detail and compliance standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
A current driver's licence
