Repurpose It is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role is based on-site in Botanic Ridge, with travel to other sites as needed.
You will provide Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365, while managing tickets and assisting with deployments and user set-ups. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in IT service desk roles, robust troubleshooting, experience with ManageEngine, and excellent customer service and communication
