An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Clinical Trial Coordinator to join the team at AR Houston Medical in Kippa-Ring, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
n
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple clinical trials, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and data collection
n
Liaise with study sponsors, principal investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial implementation
n
Monitor study progress and participant safety, and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties
n
Maintain comprehensive and accurate trial records, including case report forms and regulatory documents
n
Assist with the preparation of study-related materials, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures
n
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations
n
About you
n




Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator or in a similar role
n
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulations, and Valuable Clinical Practice guidelines
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
n
Proficient in the use of clinical trial management software and electronic data capture systems
n
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with study investigators, sponsors and regulatory bodies
n
A background in nursing, or research is advantageous
n
Preferred current APHRA registration
n
