About the role

Libran IT is partnering with a leading energy transmission business on an infrastructure change program within its Operational Technology group. A critical Energy Management System (EMS) will be tested as it moves onto current and changed infrastructure.

An external vendor will execute the testing. We are seeking a senior Test Manager to own the test approach, coordinate all parties and ask the hard question: what can go wrong?

This is a 3-month contract with a solid prospect of extension, as the role grows into test management across other OT applications.

Key responsibilities
Develop the test strategy and plans for the EMS on new infrastructure
Oversee and challenge vendor testing, entry and exit criteria and defect management
Identify operational and technical risks early and drive mitigation
Coordinate project,



vendor and OT stakeholders through to go-live
Provide clear test status and readiness reporting to project leadership
Extend test management across additional OT applications

About you
10+ years in software or systems testing, including 3+ years as a Test Manager
Experience testing in OT, SCADA, EMS or control room environments
Proven vendor test assurance on infrastructure change programs
A risk-based, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge
Solid senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
ISTQB certification highly regarded
IBM Maximo exposure highly regarded

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite at Eastern Creek
