Qualifications
Product expertise: Ability to develop and maintain strong knowledge of medical device products and act as a Product Specialist resource for internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to support product improvements and sales strategies.
Communication skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills for delivering product presentations, training, and clear documentation.
Customer service skills: Proven ability to support healthcare professionals and customers with timely, accurate, and empathetic service.
Sales-related skills: Experience partnering with sales teams, supporting sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth.
Additional qualifications: Background in healthcare, medical devices, is beneficial; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and travel locally as needed.
