About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Tender and Contract Coordinator for a permanent part time position working three days per week, Tuesday to Thursday.

You will administer Defence contracts, coordinate teachers and service delivery, support tender submissions, and maintain robust stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Administer Defence contracts, assessments, speaking tests and other client requests.




Act as the primary contact for Defence stakeholders and maintain skilled relationships with teachers and stakeholders.
Coordinate teachers, including scheduling, marking and testing activities.
Prepare tenders and source suitable teachers to support tender requirements.
Maintain the teacher talent pool, including sourcing, onboarding and record keeping.
Provide accurate payroll and invoicing information to Finance.
Maintain accurate quality, compliance and business records.

About You

You will be organised, confident in stakeholder communication and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in marketing and/or business development is desirable.

Essential Requirement: Australian citizenship is required.
