We're building our team and hiring stand out Team Leaders to join us across multiple locations in WA, including Claremont, Highgate, Forest Chase & Victoria Park.

The role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and excellent energy.
Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
Managing stock,



receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
Maintaining our food safety, hygiene and operational standards every day.

What we're looking for:
2 + years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Someone who naturally motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
Hungry to learn, grow and develop.
Confidence making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating outstanding experiences.
