Fancy Burgers has been crafting amazing burgers for over 16 years. We pride ourselves on using high-quality local ingredients and fostering a vibrant, supportive workplace. We are currently looking for an energetic Team Leader to join our busy burger takeaway and dine-in store.

The Role

This is a quick-paced, hands-on position. You will work alongside an established team of leaders to manage daily operations and serve fantastic food to our customers.

Key responsibilities include
Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Supervising, training, and supporting staff
Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
Managing inventory and controlling food costs

What We Are Looking For
Experience in a similar rapid-paced hospitality role
Proficiency using a commercial grill and fryer, with the ability to closely follow recipes
An enthusiastic, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for customer service





Hours & Flexibility
Casual position offering up to 30 hours per week across a 7-day roster
Permanent part time or full-time hours can be discussed for the right candidate

Pay Rates (Fast Food Award - Level 2) Rates shown are for applicants aged 21 and over:
Monday – Friday: $36.81 per hour (Casual)
Saturday: $44.18 per hour (Casual)
Sunday: $51.54 per hour (Casual)
