The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing with a specific focus on surgical procedures. /n This position is available either Part-time or Full-time and offers the opportunity to work alongside leading veterinary specialists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care! /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care

/n
Maintaining surgical suites and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality

/n
Providing support in anesthesia administration and monitoring

/n
Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in condition

/n
Providing compassionate care to patients and their families, offering education and support as needed

/n
Collaborating with other members of the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care

/n /n Requirements:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification

/n
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary nursing role, with a focus on surgical procedures

/n
Strong knowledge of surgical nursing techniques and protocols

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace

Compassionate attitude towards animals and their caregivers

Willingness to be on-call for emergency specialised surgical procedures
