Pinnacle Support Services is expanding our team and seeking Qualified, experienced, and person-centred support workers to provide high-quality care to our NDIS participants.

About the Role

You will provide one-on-one and community-based support to individuals living with disability. Duties include:
Assisting with manual handling and personal care (Minimum cert 3 to do showering)
Providing community access and transport to appointments, social outings, and activities
Supporting clients to achieve their goals and independence
Completing progress notes and maintaining professional communication with the team
Mental health experience
Autism and Intellectual disability experience

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)
Working with Children Check (WA) (Mandatory)




First Aid & CPR Certification
Manual Handling Training (current or willing to obtain)
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (Mandatory)
A caring, respectful, and skilled attitude
Medication certificate
infection control

Job Type: Casual Pay: $40.00 – $50.58 per hour
