Direct Personnel is seeking a hands-on Team Leader/Leading Hand for a large precast operation in the Newcastle area, NSW. You will be on the floor with your crew, coordinating daily production, maintaining safety and quality throughout casting, including Super-T bridge beams.
Ideally you have experience leading a crew in precast or structural concrete, can read drawings, and are available for regular overtime. This is full time, in office work with weekly pay through Direct Personnel.
