About the role

We're looking for caring support workers who live locally in the Rouse Hill area to support a participant in their home.

Shifts are 2 hours long and available 7 days a week. Choose only the times that suit you:
8:00 am – 10:00 am
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
8:30 pm – 10:30 pm

You don't need to be available for all shifts. We're building a small, close-knit team who work together to support this participant, with each person covering the times that suit them. You'll have consistent shifts each week and a team that has your back.

What you'll do
Support the participant with daily living and personal care
Assist with routines, meals and light household tasks
Provide respectful,



person-centred support and companionship

What we're looking for
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Cert III/IV in Individual Support or relevant experience (preferred, not essential)
Reliable, punctual and genuinely caring
Live within about 15 minutes of Rouse Hill (Kellyville, The Ponds, Box Hill, Schofields, Beaumont Hills, Castle Hill or nearby)
