About the role

We are seeking an experienced Structures Contractor/Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time role responsible for managing structural construction projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage structural construction projects.
Oversee project delivery, programming and progress.
Monitor project financial performance and costs.
Prepare and submit project variations.
Prepare and update progress claims and claiming schedules.
Liaise closely with Site Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and the Director.
Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
Assist with resolving site and project-related issues.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
Experience working on structural construction projects.
A TAFE or university qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.




Strong understanding of structural construction and project coordination.
Positive financial and commercial awareness, including variations and progress claims.
Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to liaise effectively with site teams, management, subcontractors and clients.
