Job Description

Wellways is seeking a Recovery Worker for the Psychosocial Recovery Service in Mildura. This permanent, part‑time role (3–4 days/week) focuses on person‑centred recovery support and trauma‑informed care to help individuals achieve meaningful goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop action plans, lead group activities and connect participants with peer support, education and primary health services. Travel between sites is required.
