About the Role Reporting to the COO/Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
Resolve freight delays, damages and claims
Coordinate loading, unloading, packing and dispatch
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote and monitor WHS procedures and practices




Support hazard identification and risk reduction
Conduct safety and quality inspections
Support final quality inspections before dispatch

About You You are a highly organised and motivated logistics professional who takes pride in creating safe, productive and well-run workplaces.

Essential
Current Driver Licence
Current Forklift Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable
Warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience
Inventory and warehouse systems experience
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing
HR Licence, White Card and/or First Aid Certificate
Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com or Odoo
