About the Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You’ll be supported by a team-oriented team and systems designed to help you succeed.

Your Responsibilities
Manage a residential property portfolio
Conduct entry/exit reports
Handle maintenance requests and coordinate trades
Liaise with landlords and tenants professionally and promptly
Manage rental arrears and lease renewals




Ensure compliance with current legislation and agency procedures
Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

About You
Previous experience in property management preferred
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Solid communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
High attention to detail
Positive attitude and solid customer service focus
Valid driver’s licence - work car provided
