Strathpine team
and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as
Customer Service Assistants
.
No previous experience is required.
If you're confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we'll provide
two weeks of paid training
, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Coming from
retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales?
Your skills could transfer well. Or, if you're simply ready for a fresh start, we'd still love to hear from you.
What's On Offer
$35/hr + super
Every second Friday off
9-day fortnight
Two weeks paid training
No previous experience required

What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with existing supporters
Having positive and professional conversations
Building rapport and creating a positive experience
Following clear systems and processes




Developing valuable communication and customer service skills
Working alongside a friendly and supportive team
What We're Looking For

Your Hours
Monday to Thursday:
10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays:
10:00am – 6:15pm
That means
every second Friday off
, giving you a
long weekend every second week
.
