Job Description
Vic's Meat in Mascot is seeking an experienced Terrine Maker / Charcuterie Specialist to join our production team. You will produce traditional terrines, pâtés and contemporary charcuterie with hands-on craftsmanship and a strong eye for quality.

You will work with premium meats, balance spices and textures, monitor temperatures and contribute to recipe development while upholding food safety and presentation standards.
