Your role will involve: n

Assist in engaging, leading, and mentoring our existing team

Assist us in enhancing our current food offerings through your menu creation skills
n
Support cost and inventory control
n
Offer us new insight into food preparation, cooking and presentation whilst maintaining high food standards

Have a keen eye for presentation

Have good communication skills
