Denso in Croydon (Melbourne) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee the full HR remit, from policy and governance to employee relations and development.

You will work closely with stakeholders, improve processes, optimise HR systems (Employment Hero), and implement practical changes to lift performance and culture. This is a hands-on, compliant role with robust documentation and judgement. Hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two from home.
