Minimum NV2 Security Clearance Required. Canberra based role.

MTP Services is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to establish an integrated program scheduling and resource management capability for a high-profile Federal Government security program.

This is broader than a traditional scheduling role. You will design and implement a sustainable planning framework covering project delivery, maintenance and operational activities, then transition the capability to Program and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain an integrated, resource-loaded master schedule.
Establish resource planning, forecasting and allocation processes.
Build resource registers, capacity models and demand forecasts.
Model delivery scenarios and identify resource constraints and bottlenecks.
Provide executive reporting and recommendations to support prioritisation.
Develop scheduling governance, procedures,



guidance and training.
Deliver a comprehensive handover to internal program teams.

Required experience
Extensive experience establishing complex master schedules for large programs.
Advanced Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise scheduling expertise.
Robust resource management, workforce planning and capacity analysis experience.
Demonstrated scenario modelling and analytical capability.
Experience working with specialist technical resources in regulated environments.
Solid stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.
Active NV2 security clearance.

Experience supporting security infrastructure or capital works programs will be highly regarded.
