We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist.

Young dynamic people with computer skills and who are eager to learn and switch careers to Medical Receptionist are welcome to apply

Available for 2-3 days/week, ***** hours

Casual position
n
Working various shifts Monday - Friday from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm.
n
General Practice Experience desirable but not essential, training will be provided
n
Best Practice software experience desirable but Not essential. Training will be provided.
n
Computer literate- sound knowledge of excel, microsoft word, scanning, faxing etc
n
Valuable Communication and customer service skills
n
Processing of patients account online
n
Processing of the end of day transaction and banking
n
Working alone for weekend shifts opening and closing after training
n
Correspondence and reports for doctors and nursing staff
n
Processing of batching for doctors' payments
n
