Due to ongoing project growth, we are seeking Civil Labourers to join our construction teams across Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
These are permanent, full-time positions working across a variety of civil construction projects in a supportive environment that values safety, quality, respect, integrity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
Preparing and setting up formwork and reinforcing steel
Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete to required specifications
Assisting tradespeople across multiple work scopes
Operating power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
General labouring duties – site preparation, maintenance, and clean-up
About You
You're an experienced Civil Labourer with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safe, high-quality work.
You'll bring:
Previous labouring,



and or concreting experience
Solid work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn
Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
Commitment to safety and quality standards
White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
Extra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonus
