As Transport Systems Program Leader, you will lead the development & management of world-leading visitor transport systems.
These systems include Council's ePermit system, Bus Management System, visitor-pay parking technologies and membership program.
This role will lead a team to ensure developed policies and procedures are carried out, systems are performing, customers are being served and Council's outcomes are being achieved.
You will oversee not only operations of these systems, but procurement, commercial relationships and evolving these systems for holistic management of the City's visitor transport network.




You will also lead the collation and analysis of transport systems data to inform strategic planning and future parking developments.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience leading complex, customer‐facing systems, solid analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and system improvements.
Essential requirements include relevant understanding of IT and government-related environments, high digital literacy and systems and customer service experience.
Remuneration:base salary commencing at $108,136 gross per annum
12% superannuation
annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
annual award increase
