Job Description
PHN Hunter New England and Central Coast – Newcastle NSW is seeking a Strategic Grants and Partnerships Manager to identify, coordinate and develop high-quality grant and tender submissions that improve health outcomes across the Hunter, Recent England and Central Coast regions.
You will lead strategic grant opportunities, coordinate subject matter experts and stakeholders, and support projects from concept through to submission and implementation.
