Job Description

RSGx is seeking a Senior HSE Manager - East Coast to own the HSE strategy, governance and performance across QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and TAS. The role leads HSE Leads and Advisors, drives regulatory engagement, and ensures compliance across ISO standards while guiding incident investigations and executive reporting.

You will influence growth and risk management with a focus on continuous improvement, leadership development, and cross-state coordination, based in Brisbane or Sydney.
