The Victorian Ombudsman (VO) is seeking a Strategic Policy and Research Officer to lead high‑quality research and analysis and contribute to public policy development aligned with VO’s strategic objectives.

You will develop briefings, reports and guidance materials, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and help inform decisions to effectively prevent unfairness in the public sector. A solid understanding of the Ombudsman Act 1973 (Vic) is essential.
