Job Description
H&R; Block in Melbourne's Moonee Ponds is seeking an experienced contact centre skilled stepping into leadership as an Assistant Team Leader.
This hands-on, in-office role blends customer service with day-to-day guidance, reporting to the Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager.
You will support operations, coach consultants, handle inbound/outbound calls, manage queues, monitor performance, and sometimes step into Team Leader duties.
