Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support supply chain operations.
Coordinate supply planning activities to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement and production schedules.
Analyse inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Monitor and report on key supply chain performance metrics.
Implement strategies to optimise costs and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards in procurement and supply chain processes.

A successful Demand & Supply Planner should have:
Experience in demand planning, supply planning or supply chain management, within the chemicals, industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools including SAP.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Knowledge of compliance and industry standards in supply chain processes.
An organisation operating within the chemicals, industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
Market-competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 AUD.
5% performance bonus.
