We have an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a busy and established real estate team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being out of the office, meeting people and managing the leasing process from enquiry through to a successful tenancy.
You will work closely with our Property Management and Business Development teams, with administrative support available to help keep your focus on leasing, communication and delivering a great experience for both owners and tenants.
Leasing Consultant

You will work closely with our Property Management and Business Development teams, with administrative support available to help keep your focus on leasing, communication and delivering a great experience for both owners and tenants.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Managing leasing for new and existing properties
Following up prospective tenants and enquiries
Communicating with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
Working closely with Property Managers and the Business Development team
Coordinating with administrative support to ensure leasing tasks are completed efficiently




Keeping property and applicant information accurate and up to date
Providing a professional and positive experience throughout the leasing process
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally be someone who:
Communicates well and builds rapport easily
Is reliable and follows through on commitments
Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
Presents professionally
Takes pride in providing a high level of service

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
A current Real Estate Licence
A current Driver's Licence
Previous leasing experience
Hours
This is a full time position and includes Saturday work as part of the normal roster.
Time worked on Saturdays is balanced with time off during the week:
Full Saturday worked = full weekday off
Half Saturday worked = half weekday off
