Job Description
Connect Hearing is seeking a casual Client Care Representative to join our Revesby clinic, with coverage across Sutherland and Rockdale locations as needed.
Based in Revesby, the role offers adaptable shifts Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with training and ongoing support.
You will greet clients, schedule appointments, provide admin support to clinicians, manage the clinic phone line and emails, handle payments, and learn multiple software systems.
