Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Remuneration & Reporting Lead to join our People team on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract. Reporting to the Performance, Reward and Reporting Manager, this role leads remuneration processes and supports perks and recognition programs, while overseeing an offshore team of reporting analysts.
You will ensure cyclical reporting is accurate, deliver data insights to guide strategic decisions, and contribute to the design and improvement of remuneration programs.
