Rick Shores Kitchen on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join a high-volume premium dining brigade. You will act as operational lead under the Head Chef, with accountability for rostering, ordering, supplier relationships and staff training.
In this role you’ll contribute to menu development, lead a 15+ solid brigade during service, and gain exposure to a renowned waterfront venue with ongoing training and career progression prospects.
