The full time position of Junior Office Admin is crucial in ensuring the continued growth and success of one of the most reputable high pressure equipment supplier in Australia. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Customer experience and looking to join our team at our Brendale Qld Branch.

As the successful candidate, you will be well presented, qualified and have a strong willingness to take direction and learn new skills. You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong guest focus.

Your day will consist of:
Greeting current and existing customers on arrival
Assist in the opening and closing of the shop, ensuring the showroom area is always clean and presentable
Answering phones, booking,



and confirming appointments and entering of new client details in the system
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Providing general administration and reporting support to the sales team and Management
Ensure adequate supplies of stationery and equipment
Organise and coordinate internal and external purchase orders
Place orders with our suppliers
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Excel / Word and invoicing
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
Exceptional customer service skills over the phone and face to face
