Full time Chefs Required The Chase Bar & Bistro is looking for full-time chefs to join our team.

Successful applicants are expected to assist the company’s business revenue growth through the delivery of contemporary Australian cuisine.

Duties will include
To be involved in menu design and create recent dishes for the business;
To monitor and supervise the kitchen staff in preparation of materials and cooking practice and presentation of all dishes.
Experience leading, developing and young chef's and cooks.
To categorise and store food correctly.
Monitor the food and labor costs with direction from management and Head Chef.
To check staff roster in relation to food delivery of the kitchen to achieve delivery;
To train and supervise staff.
To clean and maintain kitchen and equipment within in a clean and sound condition.

To implement and adhere to the food and safety hygiene guidelines of the Health Department of WA
