About us:

Sonoma Bakery Meadowbank is dedicated to serving the community with artisan sourdough, exceptional food service and specialty coffee. We’re seeking a self-motivated, dynamic manager who embodies a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Role is Full time and will be located in Meadowbank.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service
Coach and train team members for continuous improvement
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
Foster a deep knowledge of our products
Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively.

About You:
Proven experience in a similar managerial role (within the food and beverage sector preferrable)
Robust background in food service and/or specialty coffee (2+ years preferred)




Excellent customer focus and clear communication skills
Leadership experience with a focus on team development
Familiarity with store management and achieving financial targets
