The successful candidate will bring Employee Relations knowledge as well as a varied HR background.
This position would suit an HR professional seeking a long-term opportunity to help build something from the ground up, while working with multiple clients rather than just within one business.
Responsibilities include:




Partner with businesses to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
Provide trusted advice across Employee Relations and complex people matters
Performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
Build strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with clients
Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations
A flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a growing business
Highly qualified with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes ownership and pride in delivering great outcomes for clients
